What is your return policy?

• We stand by our 100% satisfaction guarantee so if you don't love your order, you may return it for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Return postage is not included. After 7 days your return will be eligible for store credit only.

 

I would like to get custom shirts made for my group, is that possible?

• Absolutely! Our graphic designers will help turn your design into amazing custom products. The design must be the same but depending on how many pieces are ordered, additional style and color garments may be added. For example, one bulk order could contain both long and short sleeves in multiple colors. Bulk orders are ideal for schools, work retreats, mission trips, family events, travel agencies, local businesses, tour groups, and more. Bulk orders do not necessarily have to be travel related, we can print just about any design on just about anything you can think of. We will do our best to accommodate each and every bulk order regardless of the design or theme. 

 

What products are available to print on?

• We have access to just about anything you can think of including but not limited to t-shirts, sweatshirts, weekend/carry on bags, jogger pants, baseball caps, eye masks, tank tops, pajamas, socks, backpacks, knit winter hats, canvas totes, pocket tees, reusable cups, drawstring bags, and more. If you have an idea for a bulk order, submit it and we’ll do our best to accommodate your creativity!

 

What is a campaign?

• A campaign is a pre-order period for a limited edition product that will only be available to purchase for 10 days. You have a 10 day window to place your order then the featured design will be shipped out. Once the campaign has ended, the product will no longer be available for purchase.

What's the difference between a “campaign” and the “collection?”

• Campaigns feature limited edition products that are only available to purchase for 10 days, meanwhile the collection features classic products that are always in stock and can be purchased at any time. If a campaign does exceptionally well we might add the product to the collection so customers can buy the design at any time.
